Pre-Listing Inspection for Sellers
A Pre-Listing Inspection helps sellers prepare their home for the competitive housing market. Before it gets listed, the home will be inspected for any defects that the seller doesn’t want potential buyers to find. The seller then has all of the information necessary to repair the home before putting it on the market.
New Construction Inspection
A New Construction Inspection prepares a newly-built home for a final walkthrough. We come in and make sure that no oversights were made during construction and that the home is safe, defect-free, and move-in ready.
New Construction Phase Inspections
During a construction project, it can be helpful to have inspections done at intervals instead of just right at the end. During New Construction Phase Inspections, we inspect after each phase of the project to ensure that no oversights have been made before the builder moves on to the next.
Loan Draw Inspection
Loan providers need as much information as possible to ensure that lending to you isn’t a risky move. We provide Loan Draw Inspections to assess the condition of the home and its renovation projects. The reports from this inspection can be shared with your lender.
To ensure that all repairs made after the home inspection are complete and meet industry standards, a Re-Inspection can be scheduled. We revisit the home and inspect it once more, this time checking the quality of any changes made.

Additional Inspection Services
Mold inspections are provided to detect mold growth. When mold is identified the primary concern is structural integrity of the framing when saturated with enough moisture to cause mold/fungi spores. Undetected mold growth in the home can lead to respiratory health issues. Our inspector finds areas of possible moisture intrusion and mold growth in the home and then suggests remediation.
It is important to know that your water is safe and free from harmful toxins and contaminants before you begin using it. We test the water for these harmful impurities and put your mind at ease.
A state-of-the-art thermal imaging camera allows the inspector to see areas that cannot be seen with the naked eye within your home’s walls. This camera picks up areas of moisture and heat loss, allowing us to diagnose moisture intrusion and possible issues in an electrical panel.
Aerial Drone Photography
With an aerial drone, our inspector is able to gather high-quality photographs of your property from above. This is especially helpful during the inspection of roofs that are difficult or unsafe to access on foot.
Septic Camera Inspections
It is important to have septic lines inspected for damage, but they are difficult to reach and see in entirety without professional tools. Our inspector uses a small and waterproof camera on a flexible rod to insert into septic lines. We can then see all of the line – even around corners – and can assess the condition.
